Nutrition/Supplementation — Practitioner Statement

“I share in Hippocrates’ prophetic belief and dictum, ‘Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food’. It is my strongest conviction that food is more than fuel or a means of sustenance. Food has the ability to nourish the body, mind, and spirit, providing a vital life force that can add life to our years and years to our life. I believe that the best foods to promote healing and well being are plant-based whole foods.”
